In placing an order with us, you are confirming that you agree with these terms & that your order is an agreement to buy from us, the contract between us will not come into effect until we have dispatched the items. We reserve the right to alter these terms & conditions at any time.

Item description & prices - Every care is taken to ensure that all items are described correctly & the prices for each item are shown in UK pounds sterling on each item page. Care is taken to show the correct colours of the items, please note that this will depend on your moniters colour settings. Items may be shown larger than actual size in the photos so please check the description for details.

Payments - In placing an order with us you are confirming that you are the authorised user of the payment credit/debit card used & that you have all the funds to pay for your order.

Our basket & checkout system is powered by Paypal, so you can pay safely online & you do not need a paypal account, most credit/debit cards are supported.

We can accept the following payment methods through paypal :

Master Card, Maestro, Visa, Amex, Switch, Switch Solo, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Paypal & UK Personal Cheques (Please email before ordering for cheque payments)

For orders OUTSIDE OF THE UK - please contact us via email & let us know the item details that you would like & we can send you a direct paypal invoice for your order as our website is currently set up for orders in the UK only, we reserve the right to cancel any international orders made through the site as the postage costs will not be correct.

Returns - We always try to ensure that you will be happy with your order, if however you are unhappy with your items then we will accept returns. In this event please conact us within 5 days of receiving the order to let us know the problem & if you would like to exchange or replace the items or if you require a refund. Once the items have been received by us, we will then contact you & advise of when the exchange or replacement will be sent or when the refund will be given. The original postage costs will not be refunded. If you do need to return items to us then please make sure they are securley packed & ask for a confirmation of postage or recorded deilvery if possible to ensure they reach us as we can not be responsible for any items sent back which do not arrive.

Item availability - We always try to ensure that all items on our site are in stock & available, in the event that your items are out of stock we will contact you via email within 48hrs of your order. If there are any delays for certain items then we will advise of this where possible on the item description.
