In placing an order with us, you are confirming that you agree with these terms & that your order is an agreement to buy from us, the contract between us will not come into effect until we have dispatched the items. We reserve the right to alter these terms & conditions at any time.

Prices - Every care is taken to ensure that all items are described correctly & the prices for each item are shown in UK pounds sterling on each item page.

Prices may be liable to change, this would not affect any orders already placed.

Prices on the website exclude postage costs these will be added on if you view the basket for your order.

Item description - Care is taken to show the correct colours of the items, please note that this will depend on your monitors colour settings. Items may be shown larger than actual size in the photos so please check the description for details.

Payments - In placing an order with us you are confirming that you are the authorised user of the payment credit/debit card used & are over 18 & that you have all the funds to pay for your order.

Our basket & checkout system is powered by Paypal, so you can pay safely online & you do not need a paypal account, most credit/debit cards are supported.

For orders OUTSIDE OF THE UK : Please contact us via email & let us know the item details that you would like & we can send you a direct paypal invoice for your order as our website is currently set up for orders in the UK only, we reserve the right to cancel any international orders made through the site as the postage costs will not be correct.

You will also be responsible for any import taxes for your order & a higher rate of postage than UK orders, this will be the actual shipping costs & £1.00 handling charge.

Cancelling Orders : Customers have the right to cancel any orders from us within 7 days from the date the item is received. If a refund is requested then this will usually be processed within 24hrs (it is required that we refund you within 30 days of the day you ask for a cancellation of order) Original postage will be refunded if you decide to cancel your order.

Returns - We always try to ensure that you will be happy with your order, if however you are unhappy with your items then we will accept returns. In this event please conact us within 7 days of receiving the order to let us know the problem & if you would like to exchange or replace the items or if you require a refund. Once the items have been received by us, we will then usually contact you within 24hrs & advise of when the exchange or replacement will be sent or when the refund will be given. (The refund will usually be processed within 24hrs of receiving the items back & always within 30 days ). If you do need to return items to us then please make sure they are well packed & ask for a confirmation of postage or recorded delivery if possible. Buyer will pay return postage unless the item is wrong or faulty.

Item availability - We always try to ensure that all items on our site are in stock & available, in the event that your items are out of stock we will contact you via email within 48hrs of your order. If there are any delays for certain items then we will advise of this where possible on the item description.

Written Communication - When you purchase from this site you will receive written email confirmation of your order & also a written invoice with the order, In placing an order you are agreeing to these communication terms & you agree with the contract & information provided by us through email. This does not affect your statutory rights.
